A fantastic day for Charmaine Farn and her incredible Paul Smith Mini at Mini Fest, Stanford Hall
We first saw her stunning Mini at Himley Hall where it also stole the show.
The story continued in Premier Concours in the 90’s class kindly sponsored by Meguiar’s
What a result for Charmaine
🏆 Classic Mini 90’s First Place
🏆 Best Presented
🏆 Best Mini In Show 🏆
As the show winner she now goes forward to represent the Mini community in the Meguiar’s Showcase at the NEC Classic Motor Show in November where she competes against other top classic cars from the last 12 months.
Massive congratulations to Charmaine and her family.
It was a very close call, as Scott Turner with his lovely MK1 Mini Sprint came very close to being selected as well. The competition in this years Premier Concours at MiniFest was very strong and good to see. All the class winners are now entitled to be on the red carpet in the final of our Premier Concours at Mini Fair, Bingley Hall 31st January 2027.
Show N Shine proved ever popular again with over 100 Minis of all ages entered in the available classes. It’s actually quite difficult to be a judge in Show N Shine as they have no score sheets to work from. It’s all in the eye of the judge. This time at MiniFest we introduced a ‘wild card’ entry to the Premier. Chosen by the Show N Shine judges, after much debate the excellent MINI W5 WRK won through to the final. We can’t wait to see this MINI in the final in January.
Were you part of the Mini Adventure on one of the 39 Mini Club stands? What an incredible show by the clubs alongside the river, simply amazing. A number of clubs really went for it this year. The Mini Girls and the R56 Group ran it very, very close. The R56 Group just took the crown at the end with a fantastic take on MINI Airways flying off to adventures around the world. Most dressed in cabin uniform and announcing flights during the day and welcoming visitors on board. Well done to everyone you did yourselves proud.
A very big THANK YOU to all our Judges, Concours and Show N Shine entrants and the amazing clubs for helping make Mini Fest such a massive success.
