What a result, What a winner!!! Ruth Webb with her stunning Mini Innocenti takes the top prize in the Mini scene by winning the British Mini Clubs Premier Concours at Mini Fair 2 at Stoneleigh Showground on 18th October 2015. Incredible stiff competition from all past winners at both Himley and Uttoxeter. We could not call it ourselves but judge Darren Hopkins took his time judging all 14 Mini’s ranging from the early 60’s to 2009. What a task he had. It is always a massive achievment to make it to the Final and be on the red carpet. Every one deserved to win, and you should all be extremly proud of what you have achieved this year. The top 3 Mini’s are invited to be on the British Mini Club stand at the Classic Car Show at the NEC in November.

The Show N Shine was magnificent, with a wonderful turn out from both classic and modern Mini, Some 17 Mini’s entered the 90’s which has to be the most in years at any show. It was lovely to see as well. Against the back drop of a black curtain in the newly redevloped Hall 3 at Stoneleigh the display looked wonderful. What did you think of the twin engined Mini Cooper S, what a rare beast that is. We know of one other in the USA. The overall winner of Mini Of The Day was Mark Ruff with his excellent MK1 red and black Mini Cooper S. It was a tough choice as there were so many quality Mini’s on display, but we thought Mark’s just had the edge from all the class winners. Thank you for everyone for taking part

Did you see the club stands. WOW! what a display, our judge struggled to decide a winner as the were all Spooktastic. With the theme of Halloween and Midlands Mini Club just managed to beat Rusty Nuts Mini Club. It mght have been the dancing to Thriller that just shaded the result. Fantastic displays from all though. Special mention for Stoke Orange Boxes on there first attempt and claiming a 3rd place.
