Himley Results 2026

Charmaine Farn wins Best Mini In Show at the annual British Mini Day at Himley Hall organised by the British Mini Club. Her superb Paul Smith Mini took the honours in Premier Concours, sponsored by Autoglym, after winning the 1990’s Class. Her Mini has undergone an 18 month full restoration by herself and husband Jay. Just two weeks before Himley they found the piston rings didn’t fit. A quick run to Minimine for replacements and many late nights meant the Mini was finally completed 4 days before Himley. The Paul Smith also took the special award of Best Paint. With one judge saying the paint was so good you could swim in it.

All the classes had a fantastic turn out in Premier Concours. Our judges are very thorough and follow a judging sheet rigidly to award points all parts of the Mini. They all do a fantastic job.

Show N Shine continues to be very popular with over a 140 entrants. Show N Shine turns up some rare Mini’s, including a Californian Moke and even a very rare Mini Lady, released in the late 1970’s in Belgium and Holland very few survive today. Driven some 500 miles overnight from Belgium the Mini lady certainly drew many admirers. We believe it is the first one we have ever seen. Modern MINI was one of the biggest classes from the early R50’s, JCW Sound Kit, GP’s and more. Always worth taking the time to wander round and explore the incredible MINI’s on show.

Did you see the club stands? Such incredible displays to the theme of Car-nivel, the Mini Girls put on an incredible display along with 55 Mini’s. The R56 Group UK ran them a very close 2nd. Well done to everyone for taking part and bringing a lot of colour and fun to the club area.

A big thank you to everyone for taking part and we can not wait to see you all at Stanford Hall on 13th September.
