Wowzer!! Did you see the club stands at Himley Hall ? We asked for crowns to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles lll Boy did we get crowns. We also got Kings and Queens seated on Thrones, Beefeaters and loads more. We had Guards Of Honour on Club stands and even re-enactments of changing of the guard.
Guards presenting trophies on stands and incredible displays. Some had taken the time to knit amazing full size crowns, similar to the post box toppers we often see. Decorated Mini’s ready for the celebration and red carpets to welcome visitors to their stands. Royal garden party picnics, Mini’s all decorated in red, white and blue. The most amazing club displays we have seen.
Over 30 Mini clubs on display in the showground. All putting on superb displays of Mini’s of all ages from the very first Mini’s to the very latest JCW’s and MINI EV’s. It is always lovely to see clubs taking the chance to meet up with fellow members and promote themselves.
A special shout out to trophy winners Cambs Mini Club, MINI Girls UK and Midland Mini Club. They really embraced the spirit of the Coronation were brilliant all day. Also massive credit to every single club who took part at Himley Hall. A big THANK YOU to all of you. All Mini Clubs are so important to the Mini Community and Mini Family, the glue that keeps the Mini scene together and as strong as it is today.
