It is a brand new Mini Cooper, one of the last from Rover. It was bought by my client in 1999 / 2000. He put up 98 miles, never registered it, and has parked it in his showroom ever since. He has all documentation for it also.
The vehicle was never registered in Ireland.
The vehicle is in Cork in Ireland and would have to be collected there or transport arranged by the buyer.
