Videos from Mini Fair 2013

Mini Fair 2013 at Bingley Hall near Stafford was a massive success, during the day we wondered around taking video snapshots of the event, after a bit of editing we uploaded to our You Tube channel. To help you enjoy them we have posted them here as well.

The first two videos are our own and the 3rd one is an excellent production by show sponsors Mini Magazine, which includes interviews with visitors and our very own David Hollis. Watch out for the wonderful creations by Dereks Mini Centre including their interpretation of a new style shell for the classic Mini.

Over the last few months in the West Midlands area and other parts of the country has seen a spate of stolen wing mirrors from the new new MINI. These can cost up to an incredible £1100 to replace.

MINI Matt will be at Mini Fair this Sunday with a kit to help secure the wing mirrors on your MINI

Mirrors are a very sore point for many MINI owners. We have had been told by the Birmingham police that 90 sets had gone last year and we know of 6 sets in Bridgnorth before Christmas and 13 sets in Telford. These very often end on eBay ,

This Mini Clubman 1275GT had been lost in the tunnels under Longbridge for around 35 years after a shipping container fell on it.
It was removed by it’s new owner on the 8th of November 2012.

It will be on display at Mini Fair in its unrestored condition. Make sure you don’t miss out on seeing this amazing piece of Mini history.  Hopefully, once restored it will be at a BMC event in the future.

Mini Fair is the largest indoor Mini event in the UK. It takes place at the Staffordshire County Showground on the 27th January 2013.
